Action Community Impact, in partnership with Austin Community College.
This premiere model, funded by The Office of the Governor through a Wagner-Peyser
grant, incorporates civic engagement and Service-Learning initatives
into STEM curricula at the high school, community college and
university levels.
student lyceum
The Compact's Student Lyceum is
an institution for popular education. The lyceum is a forum for the
dissemination of knowledge and information in the areas of civic
engagement and community involvement. Through discussions, lectures and
panelled seminars, the lyceum offers students an opportunity to gain
practical experience and insight from experts and leaders in their
fields.
